There was a network outage this morning Thursday 24th August 2017 that affected all USP ICT Services.
The outage has been attributed to service failure on a Core Network Router which was resolved by ITS Engineers at 8:40am this morning.
All ICT services have since been normalized – however, please contact the ITS Helpdesk on 323 2117 or on email helpdesk(at)usp.ac.fj if you continue to face difficulties in accessing your ICT services.
